When heating any zone these systems have to keep hot refrigerant circulating through all fan coils even that snot on not demanding heat if other zones are and this house is so well insulated polios foam in roof above garage ceiling below conduction without the being overheats bedroom. The system overheats a bedroom in winter that's over garage. The condenser and one fan coil replaced with a new in are excellent condition. I do have a 3 ton Daikin condenser with one fan coil on our detached garage building and may be able to use some of the equipment there eventually but would prefer sell it so don't hesitate make an offer if you are familiar this type vrf system.

Facing a large cost to repair or replace 3 more fan coils one was replaced in we decided bite the bullet and system with 6 ton heat recovery Toshiba carrier solve all problems.
Here is the equipment list with serial numbers: single phase heat pump vrv-111-s m taxman 48 PVC's e003071 medium static QM ducked unit 12 PVC e004596 e004578 one of these was replaced in 2016 fan coil listed at bottom below but I have lost track which 18 PVC e005632 e005633 both small leaks 2 pipe rennet heater dakhrp26m22h navigation remote controller dabrc1e71 4 wall mounted controls this only not leaking and it that leaked Fox 12 PBX e003687in addition to ridiculously high failure rate out. The other 3 fan coils have refrigeration leaks of varying size. If you can install Daikin systems this equipment could be a bargain for. Replacing the coils will probably be necessary to use those 3 fan.
The only way to solve that is with a heat recovery system can have one fan coil cooling while others are heating. Whats often called a frog free room over garage.
